To apply for enrollment at FFLA for the upcoming 2023/24 school year, all students, including both returning and new students, are required to complete an application of enrollment. The decision regarding acceptance of enrollment is made collectively by the Board, considering various factors such as adherence to school policies, priority sibling enrollments, references, and available resources to meet individual student needs.
We appreciate your understanding that acceptance letters will be sent out gradually as we process applications. The majority of acceptance letters will be sent between the months of January and March. A non-refundable deposit of $300 per family will be required to secure a spot, should your application by approved. Please be aware of the following additional requirements:
1. Supplies List: All grades are required to purchase an additional supplies list, which can be found here. These supplies should be brought on the first day of school.
2. Elective Fees: The elective fees mentioned earlier covers most electives. However, certain specialty electives such as Outdoor Education or Extreme Sports may require an additional fee. Details regarding these fees will be provided separately.
3. School Gym Strip: Students in grades 5-12 are required to have a school gym strip. Each summer, an email will be sent from the school with details on how to purchase the gym strip.
4. Personal Laptop or Chromebook: Students in grades 5-12 are required to have a personal laptop or Chromebook for their studies. This device will be used as a tool for learning and completing assignments.
